I just having this sinking feeling in the stomach. What can we do about this? Submitting a claim? Aargh! It's sad that OLPC have decided to waste hours of our time and their time (and probably incur expensive legal fees) just to save $2.50. Penny wise, pound foolish... OLPC has been shipping units via Fedex but not requiring a signature.
